Do you have a month in your life where it's full? I'm not talking about busy (because what month isn't, right?). Rather, it seems like big things happen in this month more than any other month of the year? That's August for me. No, it's not my birthday month (eek...in one month two days I will be 30!). It's a month where spread over the past 8 years things have happened that changed my life and future.
August 5, 2000...I married my best friend.
August 15, 2000...Jesus welcomed my dad into his Kingdom (Matthew 25:21).
August 23, 2004...I became a mommy!

August 10, 2008...We sold our first home!
So before you turn the calendar page over to September, look back at the little blocks of August and remind yourself of God's faithfulness in every month of your life!

yes!! December! Sweet memories! Can't wait to see ya'll in the Plains! Praying and praying for all your plans to be smooth and for the kids to be cooperative. Enjoy every last minute of those sweet friends of (y)ours!

ReplyDeleteNeat post Reb. I can't think of a particular month but I can think of a meaningful year. 1993 - Sara got married, my Dad went to heaven, by brother's 3 month old baby went to heaven, we moved, and we had a family reunion. Mom E
