I was able to take a quick weekend trip to NYC with my besties from NoVA. What a great time! We ate WAY to much and it kinda still makes me sick to think about it. In fact, I look back at our pictures and just about every one has us eating something.
A glimpse into our weekend:

Annika had her end of the year dance recital. She did a pretty good job. Not sure if we will do dance or venture out and try soccer again in the Fall. Cuz, you know, by the age of 6 we should really know what kind of talent this kid has, right?
Lately at night we never know where we will find Taryn when we go up to bed. This is where we found her the other night.

We went to a local Arboretum on Saturday. It was a bit more humid than we expected, but it was beautiful with all the flowers in bloom.

Annika looks so sweet in her outfit. Now Taryn, that is a different story...what a combo.
ReplyDeleteShe decided she missed her brother, huh? So cute in bed together, even though it looked a bit squished.
Hey I remeber that pink blouse. You had some good fellow shoppers when you bought it, remember?
I could just swoon with jealousy over that NYC trip. Miss everybody so much!
ReplyDeleteIt's about time! My afternoons have been dragging without your entertaining posts! You have been busy with some amazing activities...you are blessed. Love the crib picture...warms your heart.
ReplyDeleteSo fun! I see you all made it to Serendipity 3 for my all time favorite frozen hot chocolate (sigh)! Hopefully you all didn't have to wait as long as we did to get in a few years back... it was right after Oprah had apparently listed it as one of her favorite things so everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE was going there to try 'em.
ReplyDeletei agree with audrey, been too long! :) thanks for the sweet pictures! love the one with you and the girls. do you have video of the recital??
ReplyDeleteWe put child locks on all entries to Landon's room...so guess where we found Taryn last night...Annika's bed.
ReplyDeleteJust call her "the wonderer"
