Our home until we find a home

As a part of Dan's relocation package, his company hooked us up with furnished temporary housing while we search for a house (more on the househunting progress later). Here are some pictures of our apartment...it's a nice little space. Enjoy the tour!

The hallway with a computer area

The Master Suite

Landon's "room." Poor kid has been stuck in the closet ever since he was born! We won't know what to do with him when he's in a real room!

The girl's room. So far them sleeping together has worked out well.

The view from our balcony. The geese give us a little symphony as we lay in bed at night. There's nothing like a few quacks to set the mood.

  1. It is a nice apartment. The ducks and canadian geese are entertaining. Have you fed them again? Taryn and Annika really had fun with that, right Dan?

  2. I first thought you were giving a negative connotation to the geese at night so I read your line "give us a little symphony" as "give us little sympathy!" Maybe I should ask you in a week when you are sick of them!

  3. Very nice! That's great that the girls can sleep together, you'll have to let us know your secret later! Sweet Landon, he'll have bargaining power when he's older, you always put me in the closet, he!

  4. There is something to be said to kids sleeping in the walk in closet... did you see what Lora Lynn did to their closet for the soon to be arriving Willa? The place looks amazing, and since they are in tornado land like you guys are now, I'd say having the nursery in the closet is an ingenious idea!
