Favorite Things February #10: Clean kitchen

To get my next favorite thing on camera, I have to be about as quick as I was yesterday getting Landon on camera. Who knows when this will happen again and who knows for how long it will last. One of the best feelings I can have is knowing my kitchen is clean. Dishes are put away, floors have been swept, counters cleaned (with vinegar, of course), appliances wiped down, and everything that has a place is in its place. Ahhhhh...Obviously, this only happens during nap time or after the kids have gone to bed. So, when it does happen I need to document it. Here are some pics of my tenth favorite thing:






Don't you think it looks too clean to do any cooking? But, alas, kids are waking up from naps, Annika will be home soon and dinner is to be on the table by 6. At least I will always have the pictures...

    I like your kitchen! I, too, love a clean kitchen but when it is picture perfect I really want to go out to eat to keep it clean as long as possible.

    Are these your first pictures or did you take some and have to clean up something and take another picture? :-) It is hard to see a person's own messy piles or whatever since you look at them everyday. I for sure would have to do a retake.

    i hear ya!! i love a clean kitchen! unfortunately my desk area is such a convenient spot for paper piles - ugghhh!
