I was making dinner, and the kids were underfoot so I told them to go to another room and find something to do. Definitely NOT a favorite time of day! I love the cooking part, it's the cooking plus kids underfoot part that doesn't bring out the best in me. But, anyway, I was cooking away and it was quiet (actually not that quiet because
Carrie Underwood was serenading me while I cooked). But, the kids were at least quiet. I was a bit concerned until I looked up to see this:
Oh, how I love it when this happens. When all 3 are sitting content and sharing nicely. I know the sibling squabbles will come again (probably by the time I am done with this post), but in the meantime, I will just sit back and enjoy this fleeting moment and love on all 3 of my most favorite little people.
